Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days after your order is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 6–8 business days for most destinations.

International Shipping

NINA ships internationally to most destinations. International orders may be subject to customs procedures or local import requirements, which may occasionally result in additional delivery time.

Shipping Delays

If we become aware of a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you with updated information and, where required by applicable law, provide you with the option to cancel your order and receive a refund.
